2 Abstract Authors

Please enter ALL authors in the box below.

This must correlate to the authors cited on the abstract. The presenting author who is submitting the abstract must be mentioned first (in the example Dr A Acorn is the presenting author) Please do not include institutions, only the list of authors.

Example: Acorn A, Birch B, Chesnut C, and Poplar P

3 Abstract Title

Please enter the Abstract title in the box below. The title must be based on the Surname and then the initials of the presenting author.

Example: For presenting author Dr A Acorn the file name would be Acorn-A.doc. For more than one submission it would be Acorn-A1.doc, Acorn-A2.doc

8 File Attachment

Please use the Browse button below to select your abstract document for uploading to our server. Please remember that you should have named this file according to the naming convention outlined in the Abstract Submission Guidelines, i.e. Surname-Initial.doc

To submit

the completed form simply click the 'Submit to IPEM' button once. A progress bar will indicate the upload status. Once the upload is complete a confirmation e-mail will then be sent to the address provided above. This e-mail contains the ID number of your submission, which should be quoted in future correspondence.

Please remember that if you have a large file and a slow connection speed it could take several minutes to upload your file.
